The server in the cupboard is not a strategy.

IT, network and audio-visual work for businesses between five and eighty staff. Flat monthly support where it makes sense, per project where it does not, and no three year contract either way.

Services

What we take on

Most clients start with one project and move to support afterwards. That order works better than the reverse.

Managed support

$45 per seat / mo

Helpdesk, patching, backup monitoring and a named engineer.

Network build

by project

Switching, wifi that works in the whole building, and cabling done properly.

Backup and recovery

from $180 / mo

Offsite, tested quarterly, with a restore you have actually seen work.

Microsoft 365

by project

Migration, security baseline and licence review, which usually pays for itself.

Audio visual

by project

Meeting rooms, displays, and conferencing that does not need a person to run it.

Security review

$2,400

Two days, one report, ranked by what would actually hurt.

The boring detail that matters

How support works

Response times

One hour for anything stopping work, four hours otherwise, business hours. Written into the agreement.

Named engineer

One person who knows your building, plus a second who has been in it.

Out of hours

Available, charged separately, and quoted before anyone starts.

What is included

Unlimited tickets and remote work. Hardware and licences at cost plus ten.

What is not

Line of business applications we did not install, unless we have agreed to support them.

Notice

Thirty days, either direction. If we are only kept by a contract we are not worth keeping.

A small meeting room with a blank wall display and a conference speakerphone on the table.
Every environment we take over has at least one backup that has never been restored from. Testing it is the first thing we do and it is free.
